Caramel ist ein ausgeglichenes, vielseitig veranlagtes Sportpferd für den ambitionierten Freizeitreiter. Er bringt sowohl talent am Sprung als auch gute Grundgangarten mit. Aufgrund seiner ruhigen, gleichmäßigen Galoppade könnte ich ihn mit auch gut als Voltigierpferd vorstellen.
