Pistol is a Registered American Paint Horse Gelding. Standing 15 hands tall and nice and stocky built making him capable of carrying any size rider. He is very good broke to ride and is safe and gentle enough for any type of rider to ride and enjoy him. He is 6 years old and in the prime of his life but rides and acts like a horse 3 times his age. He has lots of miles under his belt and is very seasoned and safe. Pistol has great ground manners and is very friendly . If i could describe Pistol with one word it would be EASY! Hes so easy to ride and easy to be around and is a easy keeper. You can kick him out in the pasture or leave him in the stall and pull him out saddle him up and go enjoy a nice relaxing ride. Not complicated at all. Pistol is a finished trail horse and has done ranch work and has been started in roping and has had some cow horse training also. He is quiet and gentle enough for the whole family. He is a great trail horse and rides anywhere you point him. Thru the mud and over the logs and thru the water. Always wanting to please. He also rides nicely in the arena and has a nice smooth trot and lope. One hand neck rein giving him awesome power steering. He has great blood lines and his sire is the Legendary The Sweet Spot and is Mother is Lynx Smoking Pistol excelled in Reining and Cow horse and roping . He also has Colonels Smokingun on his papers.
