Boonefide Cowboy Is an 11-year-old beautiful Blue/Bay Roan gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall and weighs 1250 pounds. Boone has great confirmation is good headed. He has good feet, straight legs, & very attractive. Boone is a true all-around family horse from grandmother to granddaughter. Everyone in my family rides him. Everyone loves him. He is easy to catch and has impeccable ground manners. He stands good for the farrier and to be clipped and bathed, he stands like a statue to mount and dismount. He crosses water with no problem if it’s a mud puddle or 3 feet deep. He does not spook from anything including wildlife, dogs, skid loaders, traffic or motorcycles. We have used him to carry the flag at the play days and he has been shown by all different kids of a variety of levels in 4H and he has excelled very much in trail class and walk trot. He has been on all week trail rides in big state parks like Eminence, Missouri and Matzel Game Reserve. He has been used for lessons for total beginners of all ages. Boone never gets in a hurry and he never gets fresh with time off. He is registered in the American Quarter Horse Association and has an impeccable set of papers such as Pepto Boonsmall and Highbrow cat. Boone stays sound, never needs any maintenance and he is an easy keeper. He loves trail riding and he is kind and forgiving for the little kids. We have also used him to Pony other horses and break colts. He has been around cattle on our farm. We have taken Boone to mounted shooting shows, along with parades for the Fourth of July.
